Requests for disposal, suspension of administrative guidance, etc.

A part of the Administrative Procedure Law and a part of the Yokohama City Administrative Procedure Ordinance have been revised and enforced since April 1, 2015.
As a result of this amendment, two procedures have been established.

  1. Requests for cancellation of administrative guidance (Article 35-2 of the Administrative Procedure Ordinance, Article 36-2 of the Administrative Procedure Law)
  2. Requests for disposal, etc. (Article 37-2 of the Administrative Procedure Ordinance, Article 36-3 of the Administrative Procedure Law)

Application method

  • When you make an application, please submit the application form to the department in charge of the administrative guidance or disposal.
    The format is free, but the style example has been set for reference, so please use it as appropriate.

  2. Request for disposal, request form for administrative guidance
    Style example No. 2 (word: 30KB) (Administrative Procedure Law Article 36-3, Administrative Procedure Ordinance Article 37-2)
  • Even if you do not use this form example, be sure to enter the items listed in the form example (if there are any defects, you may not be able to conduct necessary surveys.) 。
  • As you cannot submit office work in charge of country or prefecture to Yokohama-shi, please confirm beforehand.
