Outline of anonymous Processing Information Provision System

　This is a new system based on the Personal Information Protection Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Protection Law") to utilize personal data held by Yokohama City as big data. Of the personal information data (personal information files) held by Yokohama City, for those that can be processed anonymously and provided so that individuals cannot be identified, we will solicit proposals for their use at least once a year.

Ordinary flow of procedures

Safety management measures for businesses that have received anonymously processed information

　When "anonymously processed information such as administrative agencies" is provided to the business operator, it becomes "anonymously processed information" (Article 2, Paragraph 6 of the Protection Law) for the business operator, and it is obliged to make efforts such as safety management measures. (Article 46 of the Protection Law).
