Basic Policy on Expenditure Reform of Budget for FY2024 (September 4, 2023)
The “Basic Policy on Expenditure Reform for Budgeting for FY2024” is issued under the “Three Municipal Administration Policy *” for the realization of sustainable municipal administration. Based on the “Basic way of thinking”, all agencies have been working together to formulate expenditure reforms based on the philosophy of “creation and conversion”.
This policy summarizes the “basic concept”, “reflection in budget formulation for FY6”, and “creating an execution system linked to budget formulation for FY6”.
※"Three municipal administration policies" refers to "financial vision for sustainable development of Yokohama-shi" "Yokohama medium-term plan" "basic policy of administrative administration".
