Overview of the results of the sounding survey

We will publish a summary of the results of the sounding survey conducted from October 18 (Tuesday) to November 21 (Monday), Reiwa 4.

 In Yokohama City, it is expected that the total population and the working-age population will decrease and further aging will progress.In a severe financial situation, limited financial resources will be used to make more efficient and effective than ever before. It is necessary to work on administrative management. In order to further reduce costs while maintaining the level of administrative services for internal administrative expenses, we are considering cost reduction by optimizing internal expenses by utilizing the performance-linked private consignment contract method (PFS: Pay For Success, hereinafter referred to as "PFS"). For future reference, we will conduct sounding surveys for businesses.

Target person A company that has a track record of supporting the appropriateness of internal expenses and cost reduction of national or local governments through PFS

※After applying, we will make adjustments individually.
※We plan to spend about one hour per business operator.
※The number of people participating in the dialogue should be no more than 3 for each business operator.

Please fill out required items in the “Entry Sheet for Dialogue (Form 1) (word: 27KB)” and submit it to the application below within the application period.

The subject of the e-mail should be "[Dialogue Participation Application] + Business name".
※In addition, there are documents required for the dialogue, so be sure to check the implementation guidelines.
