Internal reporting system for preventing fraud

1 Outline of the System

In order to ensure fair and fair execution of duties and transparency of municipal administration, this system receives whistle-blowing reports on illegal acts in administrative administration that staff members have learned. At that time, in order to secure a viewpoint to protect the reporter from being disadvantaged, a third-party organization by experts, has been established to ensure a viewpoint that protects the reporter from receiving disadvantageous treatment, a third-party organization by experts.

A person who can report

  1. City officials
  2. Part-time job and part-time workers
  3. Workers dispatched under a dispatch contract
  4. Workers who provide labor through contract such as outsourcing
  5. Person engaged in management duties of city facility in public facility which designated manager manages and operates.

※Employees who fall under 1 to 5 (retired staff) can also report after Retirement.

Acts subject to reporting

The staff were able to know on their duties or on the performance of office work in Motoichi, and acts to raise the following:

  1. Acts that violate or acts that may cause
  2. Acts that cause serious damage to the lives, bodies, property, or other interests of citizens or acts that may cause such
  3. Others Unjust acts pertaining to office work in Motoichi that loses the interests of citizens of Motoichi or cause significant damage to Motoichi or those that may be there
