News We announce design document of trust duties that road investigation section orders.

Regarding commissioned work related to road management ordered by the Road Investigation Division, due to the nature of the work, many of our own steps were applied, and many people have requested information disclosure of the design documents.
For this reason, we have decided to publish the following design documents for commissioned work that often request information disclosure of design documents.

1 Method of Publication
An electronic medium (compact disk CD-R) that records the design documents in PDF format will be distributed to the Citizen Information Center.

2 Subcontracted services
Consignment services related to road ledger maps
Outsourcing services related to the Yokohama City Public Control Point
Outsourcing of integrated GIS in Road and Highway Bureau
Inspection of boundary survey map of roadways and other boundaries

3 Application start date
Contracts contracted on or after April 1, 2016

4 How to use
You can copy to the unused CD-R you bring using a copy-only computer (1 unit) and a CD-R copy machine (1 unit) installed at the Citizen Information Center.
At the Citizen Information Center, you can also use your personal computer (CD-R can be read, please prepare a power supply).
