By January 31, 2025 (Friday), all submitted questions and answers will be sent by electronic mail or facsimile to all organizations that have recognized that they are eligible to participate (individual information will not be disclosed).

After confirming the qualifications of the proposal, a notification of the eligibility confirmation result will be sent out on January 17, 2025 (Friday). In addition, if you are deemed to be eligible, you will be notified in the proposal-related document submission request form.
Applicants who have been notified that they have not been granted the proposal qualification may request a written explanation of why the proposal qualification was not accepted. In addition, the book side must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, 5 days after the ward office closing date, from the day following the day when the city sent the notice. Motoichi will respond to the person who requested the explanation within 5 days excluding the ward office closing date from the day following the day on which the above book was received.
