Notification of eligibility confirmation and submission request
About intention submitter, we confirm whether it satisfies suggestion qualification and, for all intention applicants, send proposal qualification confirmation result notice (style 2) by Wednesday, February 12, 2025 to email I will notify you by
An applicant who has been notified that his / her eligibility has not been granted may request a written explanation of the reason.
In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, five days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the document was received.
If you can confirm that you are a person who satisfies the proposal qualification, we will also issue a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 3).
In addition, when you withdraw proposal participation after submitting participation application form, please submit participation withdrawal form (style 5).
