Those who are eligible for participation shall satisfy Article 2 (Proposal Qualification) of the "Proposal Proposal Implementation Guidelines (Document 1) for Lunch Offering and Delivery Services during Long-Term Leave of Yokohama City After School Kids Club After-School Care Program Clubs in 2025".

（１） Date and time of implementation: From Tuesday, March 4, Reiwa 7 to Monday, March 10, Reiwa 7 (planned)
　(The date and time of the interview will be announced at a later date. It is not possible to specify the date and time of implementation.
（２） Attendee　：3 or less (In principle, the general manager and business staff are required to attend.)
（３） Time required: The explanation time is assumed to be about 20 minutes per company. A question and answer session will be held.

An applicant who has been notified that his / her eligibility has not been granted may request a written explanation of the reason.
In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, five days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the document was received.
If you can confirm that you are a person who satisfies the proposal qualification, we will also issue a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 3).
