①This contract is based on the unit price. (In the quotation, please indicate the amount for the fiscal year 2024, equivalent to 100/100 of the contract desired amount, regardless of whether you are a taxable business or a tax exemption company.)
②Since this Agreement is a long-term continuation contract based on Article 234-3 of the Local Government Act (contract period: April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2029), if the budget pertaining to this Agreement is reduced or deleted after the fiscal year following the fiscal year to which the conclusion date of this Agreement belongs, Yokohama City shall be able to change or cancel this Agreement. In addition, when Motoichi cancels this contract due to the reduction or removal of the budget pertaining to this contract, the trustee shall not be able to claim the commission fee scheduled to be paid after the next fiscal year . Furthermore, trustee cannot claim compensation of damage that occurred when Motoichi changed or canceled this contract due to reduction or deletion of budget pertaining to this contract.
③This agreement shall be finalized by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2024 by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2024, and by exchanging contracts on or after April 1, 2024.
