[Open call for proposals] Outsourcing of “Small and Medium Enterprise Decarbonization Initiative Declaration Project”
We will recruit businesses that carry out Blanding and promotion of the "Small and Medium Enterprise Decarbonization Initiative Declaration" by proposal method. In this project, Blanding of the "Small and Medium Enterprise Decarbonization Initiative Declaration" was implemented in order to promote the change of decarbonization among small and medium-sized enterprises in the city, whose decarbonization efforts are relatively delayed compared to large companies. The purpose is to disseminate the significance of decarbonization and the declaration system, and to promote initiatives.

A person who satisfies all of the following items
(1) Small and medium-sized enterprises registered in the detailed "A Print Planning Design" in the event "109 Print Planning Design" of the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5/6 . Or, the qualification examination is currently undergoing qualification screening at the time of submission of the bid participation application form, and registration has been completed by the date to determine the trustee.
(2) Being a person who has not received a suspension measure according to the provisions of the "Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2021)" from the deadline for submission of the application form to the specific date of the trustee.
(3) Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(4) Have advanced knowledge and experience related to promotion, expertise in creating brand tools, and have a track record in promoting business in Motoichi.

(1) Date and time (planned): Wednesday, April 3, 2024 (notified by e-mail as soon as it is decided)
(2) Location: Conference room in Yokohama City Hall (6-50-10 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
(3) Attendees: There must be no more than three persons, including the person in charge of this proposal.
(4) Others: Details such as time and place will be announced separately.
Interviews will be conducted based on the proposal. Presentations using personal computers, etc. are not allowed.

※This agreement is subject to suspension of the budget for fiscal 2024 to be voted in Yokohama City Council.
If the budget for FY2024 is not made, the contract will not be established.
