• The amount entered in the quotation shall be the total rent (excluding tax) for the first year of the contract (from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025).
• Contract period: From April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2029 (long-term continuation contract based on Article 234-3 of the Local Government Act).
• Because it is a long-term continuation contract, if the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to the Agreement is reduced or deleted after the fiscal year following the year in which the Agreement was concluded, the Yokohama City shall change or cancel the Agreement.
