（3） In the Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), registration is permitted in "021: Pharmaceuticals", and registration is permitted in the detailed "F: Medical Gas" Being a person.
（4） Being a city company or a quasi-city company
（５） A notification of the high-pressure gas sales business (wholesale business) specified by the Act on Ensuring the Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices under the High Pressure Gas Safety Law.
（６） A person who has a track record of manufacturing or delivering the goods or a person who can deliver the goods.
