(1)A person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(2)A person who has not filed a petition for commencement of special liquidation pursuant to Article 510 of the Companies Act (Act No. 86 of 2005).
(3)A person who has not filed a petition for commencement of civil rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to Article 21 of the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999).
(4)A petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the provisions of Article 17, Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 of the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) (Act No. 154 of 2002) (hereinafter referred to as the “old rehabilitation case”) before amendment under the same law (Act No. 172 of 1952). Hereinafter, the “Old Law”) includes a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the provisions of Article 30, Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2. A person who has not filed or has not filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings.
(5)Those who have not delinquent corporate tax, consumption tax, corporate business tax, corporate prefectural tax, corporate resident tax, corporate municipal tax, social insurance, etc. for the last year.
(6)Members of gangsters designated by the Prefectural Public Safety Commission pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 or Article 4 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gangsters (Act No. 77 of 1991), who do not use them as officers, proxy/agent managers or other employees or bid agents.

Confirm that the applicant who submitted the application form satisfies the qualifications of the proposer, and notify all applicants who intend to participate in the proposal qualification confirmation result notification. At the same time, a proposal-related document proposal request will be issued to all persons who have confirmed that they are satisfied with the proposal qualification.
