(2) Being a person who has been registered for all of the items of a to c in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 3 / 4. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if you are applying for a to c at the time of submitting the application form for participation, and registration is completed by the date identifying the contract candidate.

(4) In the past three years (FY1-FY3), one organization must have a track record of handling a donation amount of 500 million yen or more in a single year for each organization.
(5) Must be certified as the "Privacy Mark" of the Japan Information Economy and Society Promotion Association or the international standard "ISO27001".

If there are a large number of eligible persons, the schedule may be different (scheduled for December 27, 2022).
