A person who has submitted an application form within the deadline and falls under 2 (1) in these guidelines, satisfies the eligibility for application in 2 (2), and does not fall under the disqualifications of 2 (3).

Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been granted the proposal qualification and those who have not accepted the proposal will be notified of that fact and the reason thereof by the participation qualification confirmation result notice (Form 2).
In addition, when we can confirm that we have proposal qualification, we issue proposal-related document presentation request (style 3) in addition.

Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm five days after excluding the ward office closing day, starting from the next day when Motoichi sent notice. Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the ward office closing date, starting from the day following the day when the above document was received.

About conduct of proposal briefing session
We hold proposal briefing session to company.
Depending on the presence or absence of participation, there is no effect on the evaluation at the time of the hearing, but please participate as much as possible in order to facilitate future application procedures and proposal creation.
