Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request for submission
All businesses that have submitted the “Application Form for Participation (Form 1)” will be notified by e-mail of the “Notification of Participation Eligibility Confirmation Result (Form 3)”.
In addition, when we can confirm that we have proposal qualification, we send "proposal documents presentation request (style 4)" together.

2.Others
- Anyone who has been notified that the proposal has not been granted may ask for a written explanation of the reason.
- In addition, please submit the document to the City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau International Horticultural Exposition Promotion Section by 5:00 pm five days after the City Hall is closed, starting from the day following the day when Yokohama City sent the notice.
- Yokohama City will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the City Hall closing date, starting from the day following the date of receipt of the above document.
