・Attendees: There must be no more than 3 persons, including management technicians.

In addition, about question contents and answer, we submit proposal-related documents except thing which Motoichi recognized that there is a risk of harming right, competitive position or other legitimate interests of questioner, competitive position or other legitimate interests. Notify all requesters.
If you don't have any questions, you don't need to submit a questionnaire.

４．Response date and method of response

We will respond by e-mail on Wednesday, June 2, 2021.

All businesses that have submitted the “Application Form for Participation (Form 1)” will be notified by e-mail of the “Notification of Participation Eligibility Confirmation Result (Form 3)”.
In addition, when we can confirm that we have proposal qualification, we send "proposal documents presentation request (style 4)" together.

２．Others

Anyone who has been notified that the proposal has not been granted may ask for a written explanation of the reason.

In addition, please submit the document to the City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau International Horticultural Exposition Promotion Section by 5:00 pm five days after the City Hall is closed, starting from the day following the day when Yokohama City sent the notice.

Yokohama City will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the City Hall closing date, starting from the day following the date of receipt of the above document.
