- Being a person listed in Yokohama City Contract Regulations Article 3, Paragraph 1 and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
- Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension, on any day between the submission deadline of the proposal participation intention proposal form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
- In the Reiwa 3-4, Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, consignment, etc.), "Specific A: Software development / Renovation" and "Specific B: System Operation / Monitoring" Must be registered. However, although it has not yet been registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List, it is currently being applied at the time of submitting the application form, and the registration has been completed by the date identifying the contract candidate. This is not the case.
- Have a track record of introducing and operating more than 10,000 endpoint security products in a single organization such as local governments, governments, and private companies in Japan. However, the company's introduction and operation are excluded.
