Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request for submission
Proposal qualification confirmation results will be sent by ordinary mail on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
Among those who have submitted the application form for participation (Form 1), those who have been granted the proposal qualification and those who have not been accepted will be notified of that fact and the reason thereof by the proposal qualification confirmation result notice (Form 2). To do. In addition, if the proposal qualification can be confirmed, a proposal-related document submission request form (Form 4) will be sent.
Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal was not granted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
