Participation in this proposal shall be a person who satisfies all of the following 1 to 4.

1. Those who have 2nd or more registered in the event "Printed Material Planning Design" of Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.) of Reiwa Moto 2nd year
2. Person whose location classification is "city", scale classification is "small and medium-sized business", total number of staff is 3 or more and registered
3. Those who can respond smoothly to attending editorial meetings (once a month) held in Nishi Ward Office, interviewing and shooting in the ward, and accompany a business trip color proofreading (once a month) at a location designated by the contractor.
4. Those who have not received nomination suspension measures according to the provisions of the Measures Guidelines for Yokohama City Nomination Suspension from the deadline for submission of the application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.

Hearings will be conducted for all those who have submitted the proposal, among those who have submitted the proposal for participation and have been approved for proposal.

• There must be no more than two persons, including the representative director or writer, and designer.

We send proposal qualification confirmation result notice on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
In addition, in addition to the above, we will send a proposal-related document submission request form and the issues (paper theme, manuscript, image data, etc.) to be used for creating the design proposal. Please prepare a design proposal based on the assignments you sent.

Precautions

1. When submitting a reference quotation, only the amount (excluding tax) required for the first year of the contract (FY2021) must be entered.
2. The contract period is from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2024 (long-term continuation contract pursuant to Article 234-3 of the Local Government Act).
3. Since this contract is a long-term continuation contract pursuant to Article 234-3 of the Local Government Act, if the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this Agreement is reduced or deleted after the fiscal year following the fiscal year in which the Agreement was concluded, Yokohama City shall be able to change or cancel the Agreement. In addition, in the event that Motoichi cancels the contract due to the reduction or removal of the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract was reduced or deleted, the trustee was scheduled to pay in the following fiscal year. Cannot be charged. In addition, the trustee may not claim Motoichi for compensation for damages caused if Motoichi changed or canceled the contract due to a reduction or deletion of the expenditure budget pertaining to this contract.
