Applicants must meet all of the following qualifications:

1. The company size is either "small and medium-sized enterprises" or "others".
2. In the Reiwa 3 / 2022 list of qualified persons (design, surveying, etc.), register "901 architectural design" in the first place, and detailed "design of A Government building, school, hospital, etc.", "D structure", "G renovation / repair work". Alternatively, "905 Construction Consultants, etc." must be registered in the first place, and the detailed "A Construction Consultant / City Planning / Town Development"
3. There must be at least one employee (*) qualified for seismic diagnosis of the block wall.
4. Being able to secure four or more employees with first-class architect qualifications or second-class architect qualifications (at least one person must be enrolled. In addition, employees who are qualified for seismic diagnosis and those who are enrolled with architect qualifications can be duplicated. )
5. In addition to the above, there must be at least four survey workers (regardless of whether they are enrolled).
6. No nomination suspension according to the provisions of the "Summary of Measures such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension" on any day from the deadline of the application to the bidding date.

※"Employers who are qualified for seismic diagnosis of block walls" refers to any of the following.
（１） Eligible seismic diagnosis pertaining to reinforced concrete or steel-framed reinforced concrete buildings
（２） First-class architects, second-class architects, block wall diagnostician of the Japan Exterior Construction Industry Association, etc., who completed the "Lecture on Seismic Diagnosis of Existing Block Fences" conducted by the Japan Architectural Disaster Prevention Association Person
