A corporation that satisfies the eligibility requirements can submit a questionnaire (Form 2) if there is any doubt about related materials.
If you don't have any questions, you don't need to submit a questionnaire.

We request that those who have obtained the eligibility to participate submit a proposal (Form 3-10) along with a notification of the participation qualification confirmation result.
Shipment will be shipped by Wednesday, October 27, 2021.
Please submit the proposal based on the "Proposal Creation Guidelines".

[Form 4] Please submit the articles of incorporation of the corporation and the financial statements for the last three years as attached documents of the outline and business performance of corporations and organizations.
This does not apply if the corporation has been established for less than three years.
