(1)Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(2)Nomination suspension based on the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the “Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines”) on any day between the last day of the submission period of the open call for participants type nomination competitive bidding participation intention. Must not be received. Or, other than those who are eligible to participate in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding and Designated Competitive Bidding, fall under the measure requirements listed in each item from the Nomination Suspension Measures Summary Table 1 to Appendix 3 and the period specified in each item Not a person.
