Incentive order for city businesses

City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau conducts designated competitive bidding for design, surveying, etc. with the aim of increasing opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses in the city to receive orders, improve the quality of commissioned work, and encourage the development of excellent small and medium-sized businesses in the city.
In addition, as part of strengthening the initial response response in the event of a disaster, members of a business organization that has concluded a disaster cooperation agreement (hereinafter referred to as “disaster cooperating companies”) in design and surveying commissioned work from FY2017. We are conducting nominated competitive bidding.
※Incentive ordering is an order in which only companies with excellent results (city businesses with good performance evaluation results of work received in the past) or disaster cooperation companies.
Ordering incentives for excellent performance businesses
Number of quotas and selection criteria for selecting nominating contractors
(1)The number of incentive quotas is the number obtained by multiplying the number of orders for each target item in the previous fiscal year by 10%.
(2)Excellent performance companies selected as nominated businesses in incentive orders shall be those who exceed the overall average score among the top 10 average rating points in the previous year and the previous two years.
※If there is more than one 10th place businesses, select all of them.
(3)If less than three selected businesses, no incentive orders will be placed.
