Incentive ordering

As part of efforts to strengthen initial response in the event of a disaster, City of Yokohama, Road and Highway Bureau is attempting to prioritize design, surveying and other outsourcing businesses that have cooperated in emergency response operations, local anti-crime program activities, and road damageRoad and Highway Bureau activities.
In the same way, in outsourcing work such as design and surveying, we aim to improve the quality of commissioned work and increase willingness to receive orders, and to foster excellent small and medium-sized businesses in the city. We are trying a system to do.
※Incentive ordering is an order in which only companies with excellent performance (businesses with good performance evaluation results of work received in the past) or disaster cooperation companies.
Ordering incentives for disaster collaborators
Number of quotas and selection criteria for selecting nominating contractors
(1)The number of incentive quotas is the number obtained by multiplying the number of orders for each target item in the previous year by approximately 5%.
(2)Members of organizations that have concluded a disaster cooperation agreement have been designated as disaster cooperation companies.

Ordering incentives for excellent performance businesses
Number of quotas and selection criteria for selecting nominating contractors
(1)The number of incentive quotas is the number obtained by multiplying the number of orders for each target item in the previous year by approximately 5%.
(2)Excellent performance companies selected as nominated businesses in incentive ordering shall be those with the highest average rating points for the previous year and the previous two years.
