Contents of Proposals (5) and (6)” of the proposal preparation guidelines pertaining to “Consignment of Business Outsourcing Support for Establishment of Organizations for the 2020 International Horticultural Expo Organizing Organization”. A person who satisfies all the conditions.

• Location: We will inform you separately. (Scheduled for the 2027 International Horticultural Exposition Promotion Committee)
• Attendees: There must be no more than three persons, including management technicians and technicians in charge.
• Others: Details such as time will be announced separately.

• Application Form (Form No. 1): 1st copy
• Copy of contract work history and contract: 1st copy
• Reply envelope of the proposal qualification confirmation result notification letter: 1 sheet (* Please use a fixed-sized envelope, specify the address of the mailing address of the notice, and attach a stamp for 84 yen.)

• If the submission deadline has passed, we will not accept it. However, if the arrival is delayed due to the delivery company's reason, it will be accepted with the proof.

3. Submission method Bring, mail or e-mail

• Please check your arrival if you do not bring your own.
• If you bring or mail it, be sure to specify the e-mail address for sending the answer in the questionnaire.

4. Answer Date and method We send by e-mail by Tuesday, January 19, 2021.

• We confirm the proposal qualification of the applicant who intends to participate in this proposal, and mail a proposal qualification confirmation result notice (second style) regardless of qualification. In addition, if we can confirm that you have the proposal qualification, we will also send a proposal-related document submission request form (No. 4 style).
• Notification will be made by Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
• The applicant who has been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed can request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal qualification was not confirmed. Please note that the documents must be submitted to the Secretariat of the 2027 International Horticultural Exposition Promotion Committee by 5:00 pm five days after excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, starting from the day following the date on which the notice was sent by the Committee.
• If an explanation is requested pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the Committee shall respond in writing to the person who requested the explanation within five days excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, starting from the day following the date on which the Committee receives the document.

This consignment is carried out by the 2027 International Horticultural Expo Promotion Committee (Secretariat: City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau). Please note that it is not Yokohama City.
