Notification of participation qualification confirmation result
We will confirm the eligibility of the applicant and notify you in writing, regardless of eligibility.
In addition, we will send a proposal submission request form to those who have been qualified for proposal.

We send by e-mail by 17:00 on Tuesday, January 26, 2021.
(2) Others
Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal was not granted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 17:00 five days after excluding the city hall closing day, starting from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
