By Friday, January 31, 2020, all submitted questions and answers will be sent by e-mail or facsimile to all organizations that have been qualified to participate (Personal information of the questioner) Will not be announced).
Answers to questions and answers shall have the same effect as the guidelines, as one of these guidelines.

After confirming the eligibility of the proposal, we will send you a notice of participation qualification confirmation on Friday, January 17, 2020. In addition, if you find that you qualify for participation, you will be notified in a proposal-related document submission request form.
Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal was not granted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice. Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
