Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request for submission

After confirming the eligibility of the proposal, we will send you a notice of participation qualification confirmation on Friday, January 17, 2020. In addition, if you find that you qualify for participation, you will be notified in a proposal-related document submission request form.
Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal was not granted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice. Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
