　Those who are eligible to participate are required to prepare a proposal for the “Consignment of Demonstration Experiment of Food Loss Reduction Action Demonstration”.
A person who satisfies all the conditions described in “4 Participation Eligibility” in (hereinafter referred to as “Proposal Creation Guidelines”).

• Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been qualified to participate and those who have not been accepted will be notified of that fact and the reason thereof by the proposal qualification confirmation result notification.
• When submitting proposal-related documents, be sure to check “7 Contents of Proposals” and “9 Submission of documents proving efforts for work-life balance and employment of persons with disabilities” in the proposal preparation guidelines. Please prepare the documents.

　We carry out this business consignment on the condition that Motoichi application of Ministry of the Environment "subsidies such as carbon dioxide emission control measures operating expenses in 2019" is adopted.
The notice of adoption indicated by the Association for the Promotion of the Low Carbon Society, which handles the subsidy affairs, is in the middle of July, and until the submission of the “Proposal” of this commissioned work. The adoption or rejection of the project is expected to be decided.
　When subsidy application of Motoichi becomes unapproved, we cancel this business and inform company that made participation application in this consignment business.
In addition, even if the business is canceled, Yokohama City will not bear the expenses related to the creation of a "proposal" to be submitted when applying for this consignment contract.
