Notification of participation qualification confirmation result and request for submission

[Notice Concerning Participation]
Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been granted the proposal qualification and those who have not been accepted will be notified of that fact and the reason thereof by the proposal qualification confirmation result notification.
Notifications will be sent via e-mail.
Notification date: December 6, 2019 (Fri. Day)
[Submission of Proposal]
We will issue a proposal-related document submission request form to those who have been approved for proposal qualification, along with a proposal qualification confirmation result notice.
Delivery will be made by e-mail.
Please submit the proposal based on the guidelines for preparing the proposal.

・Form 4 to 10: Proposal (Excel: 37KB)
・Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, bylaws or similar documents
・Pamphlets and other organizations that provide an overview of the organization
・This year's business plan and business budget book of the applicant organization and last year's business report and business financial statements
・Regulations concerning the handling of personal information of the applicant organization
2.Submission period
From Monday, January 6, 2020 to 5:00 pm (Friday), January 17, 2020 (must arrive)
3.Number of copies submitted
9 copies (1st copy, 8 copies for copying)
