As a result of conducting the first examination by the second designated manager selection committee of each facility on August 22 and 24, 2005, the passing groups were as follows.

<Result of Secondary Examination (Determination of priority negotiating right holder)>
As a result of carrying out the second examination about designated manager of five cultural property-related facilities including Yokohama-shi history museum on October 9, 2005, we decided priority negotiating right holder as follows.
In addition, we can read business proposal (primary and second) of each facility by group decided as priority negotiating right holder in Board of Education Cultural Properties Division.
1 Examination Method
Primary screening (conducted on August 22 and 24) Examination based on the business plan and hearing submitted by the passing organization. Each evaluation item is conducted on a five-point evaluation (reference point is 3).
However, at least 70% of the selection committee members (6 to 7 people) must have 3 or more points with 3 or more.

The selection committee of each facility organized the following three committees based on the nature and structural conditions of the facility, and conducted a review.
