2009 Third-Party Evaluation of Mentally Handicapped Living Support Center

Regarding the Yokohama City Mental Handicapped Life Support Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”), the Yokohama City Mentally Handicapped Life Support Center Designated Manager Third-Party Evaluation Committee was established in consideration of the expertise and facility characteristics of facilities, etc. As we conducted a third-party evaluation of the designated manager, we will comment on the evaluation results.

Evaluation results

Each center was generally good, but in “4. Operational Status”, the same “A evaluation”, there was a wide range of “A evaluation”, and this evaluation triggered further improvements in the business content at each center. It was confirmed that it was necessary to work toward.
In particular, regarding "consultation support (individual support)", "visit / accompanying support", and "promotion of peer activities", and "promotion of peer activities" are not satisfied at the current situation, and that each center is required to devise and expand. I am telling you.
