We conducted a third-party evaluation of homeless independence support facility
1 About third-party evaluation system of designated manager
In Yokohama-shi, in addition to reporting, investigation, instruction based on Local Government Act, we oblige designated manager to conduct "user questionnaire" and setting of "user meeting" and, by setting up "opinion dial", We have been promoting initiatives to reflect user voices in facility management.
In addition to these efforts, designated managers themselves conduct fair and objective inspections and evaluations by third parties with the aim of improving the quality of services by designated managers themselves.
In the homeless independence support facility, the Yokohama City Homeless Independence Support Facility Third-Party Evaluation Committee will be set up in consideration of the expertise and facility characteristics of the facility, and evaluate it.
