The Yokohama Skills Cultural Center has introduced a designated manager system since 2006, and is openly recruiting designated managers to manage and operate facilities for the fourth term (from 2021 to 2025).

Location: 2-4-7, Bandaicho, Naka-ku, Yokohama-shi
Structure and Scale: 8 floors above ground, 1st floor below ground
Facility area: 6,211.94 m2 (total floor)
Duties performed by the designated manager
  1. Yokohama Skills Cultural Center Ordinance (PDF: 169KB) Thing about conduct of business to prescribe in Article 2
  2. Operations related to permission to use facilities
  3. Maintenance and management of facilities and equipment
Designated period5 years from April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2026
Eligibility for applicationCorporations and other organizations, or joint ventures jointly by multiple corporations
Examination

We perform document examination and interview examination by Yokohama-shi skill culture Cultural Center designation manager choice evaluation committee.
The interview screening schedule will be announced on the website and the applicant organization.
