A PPP study session will be held to acquire more practical knowledge when working on PPP / PFI. We look forward to the active participation of companies and organizations who intend to work on PPP projects in Yokohama in the future.

Please check the "Handling of Yokohama PPP Platform" and "Yokohama PPP Platform Mailing List Terms of Service", and apply from Zoom Webinars (external site) by Thursday, May 30.
Please note that if you register different participants using the same email address at the time of application, you will not be able to register correctly.

※The number of participants will be 100 (first come, first served). As soon as the capacity is reached, the application for participation in the venue will be terminated.
※Those who have applied for participation will be automatically registered as Yopp members.

Programme

Part 1 (13:00-14:15)

Lecture: “Basics of PPP/PFI Business”

An experienced consultant will give a lecture on the basis of the PPP/PFI business.

Introduction of Advanced Cases

PFI (BTO) [complex facilities such as libraries], PFI (BTa) [Public housing], comprehensive management, etc.

Part 2 (14:30-16:00)

Public-Private Group Dialogue [Only those who wish to participate in the venue / Each theme Capacity: about 20 people: first come, first served]

Under the theme of "Comprehensive maintenance of LED security lights" and "Next maintenance of the Seya Ward General Government Building", a public-private group dialogue will be held for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Please select the theme you want when you apply for a study session. It is also possible to apply for both themes.
Group assignments will be carried out at the secretariat.
This is an opportunity for dialogue and exchange between multiple private businesses and the business department in charge. If you are interested in this project, please join us.
We would like as many people as possible to participate, so please cooperate with the participation of up to 2 people per company on each theme.

[Comprehensive maintenance of LED Security Lights]

Comprehensive maintenance of LED security lights (approximately 180,000 lights) after the end of the current ESCO business (after FY2027) will be implemented to examine the business method.
