We will hold a PPP study session to acquire more practical knowledge when working on PPP / PFI. We look forward to the active participation of companies and organizations that intend to work on the PPP project in Yokohama in the future.

Program

Part 1 (13:00-14:15)

Lecture: Basics of PPP/PFI Business

Experienced consultants will give a lecture on the basics of PPP/PFI projects.

Advanced case studies

PFI (BTO) [combined facilities such as libraries], PFI (BTa) [public housing], comprehensive management, etc. will be introduced.

Part 2 (14:30-16:00)

Public-Private Group Dialogue [Only applicants to participate in the venue / Each theme capacity of about 20 people: first come, first served]

A public-private group dialogue will be held for about 45 minutes to 1 hour under the theme of "Comprehensive maintenance of LED security lights" and "Next maintenance of the Seya Ward General Government Building".
Please select the desired theme when applying for the study session. You can also apply for both themes.
The grouping will be carried out by the secretariat.
This is an opportunity for dialogue and exchange with multiple private businesses and the business jurisdiction section, so if you are interested in this project, please join us.
We would like as many people as possible to participate, so please cooperate with the participation of up to two people per company on each theme.

[Comprehensive maintenance of LED security lights]

The comprehensive maintenance of LED security lights (approximately 180,000 lights) after the end of the current ESCO business (after 2027) will be implemented to examine business methods.

[Next maintenance of the Seya Ward General Government Building]

The maintenance and management of the Seya Ward General Government Building after the end of the current PFI project (from FY2026) will be implemented to examine the next business method.
