A PPP study session was held to acquire more practical knowledge when working on PPP / PFI. More than 150 people, including the venue and online, participated.

①Practical Lecture: "Reading the Public Offering Documents"
Read open call for participants documents that cannot be avoided when working on PPP / PFI projects. It is necessary to understand the conditions and required standards from the vast amount of published materials, and to read the intentions of the government as the ordering party. Japan Economic Res. Inst. Co., Ltd., with extensive experience in consulting on PPP/PFI projects, provides an easy-to-understand explanation of the public offering documents for the Yokohama Culture Gymnasium Redevelopment Project, a PFI project in Yokohama.
②Open Discussion: "Listening to Representative Companies"
Following the first half of the lecture, a public discussion will be held with two representative companies, Fujita Corporation and Dentsu Corporation, focusing on the Yokohama Culture Gymnasium Redevelopment Project. We will form a consortium with 19 people, including 9 city companies and groups, and explore tips for city companies to participate in PPP in the future, what kind of thoughts are being promoted.
③Introduction of PPP Study Projects
In the future, I would like to introduce the possibility of introducing PPPs.
