Yokohama City PPP Long List/Short List

This is a list and announces projects related to the maintenance, maintenance and operation of public facilities that may be introduced in the future and the utilization of owned assets.
The purpose of this program is to provide private businesses with information from an early stage of business review and to consider it for business participation.

The listed projects are under consideration, including whether or not to introduce the PPP method, and the schedule has not been finalized, so some have no specific plans at this time. Please note that
Among sounding-type market research, those that conduct surveys conducted at the beginning of the project, such as grasping marketability, or those that are considering conducting surveys, are included in the long list.

In land which city holds, review of business and abolition of use, undecided of business start time are factors, and we announce as list of unuse land which we do not offer for business such as unuse or provisional use. .
Of these, projects that are likely to introduce the PPP method will be listed on the PPP Long List/Short List.
Please note that it is not necessarily a land that can be loaned or sold.
