Unused land is land that is not provided for business, such as unuse or provisional use, due to review of business, abolition of use, undecided business start time, etc. in the land owned by Motoichi . It is not necessarily a list of land that can be loaned or sold.

What kind of land is "unused land"?

In the land owned by Motoichi, it is a land that is not provided for business, such as unuse or provisional use, due to factors such as review of business, abolition of use, undecided business start time, etc.

  • Vacant lots, etc. due to abolition or relocation of public facilities
  • Land acquired for roads, schools, redevelopment projects, etc., and whose business timing is undecided.
  • Substitute land for public works

Some of these lands are being temporarily used as a town's rappa or sports plaza, and some are unused at all.

When is the list being published as of the time? Information as of March 31, 2024. Therefore, it may differ from the latest situation.

The list of unused land is not necessarily a list of land that can be loaned or sold.
