Shopping Street Driving Power Enhancement Support Project (Advisor for Shopping Street Digital Utilization)

※Until FY2022, it was implemented as an ICT introduction promotion project under the “ICT Introduction Promotion Project” of the “Shopping District Organization Sustainability Support Project”.

In order to support digital solutions to problems and issues in the shopping district, we will dispatch experts in digital utilization to shopping streets as "shopping district digital utilization advisors".

"I don't know if digital can be used to worry about shopping streets in the first place!" → Please consult with the shopping district digital utilization advisor!

Each group can be used within 2 hours per time, up to three times within the same year.
※If used in multiple shopping streets jointly, it will be considered as having been used once in each shopping street.
(Example: If A Shopping Street uses an advisor dispatch jointly with Shopping Street B and then uses it alone in the A shopping street, the A shopping street shall be used twice.)

From Monday, April 3, 2023 to Friday, March 29, 2024, from 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays
※Dispatch may be possible other than the above date and time (however, it is limited to the period from Monday, April 3, 2023 to Friday, March 29, 2024). Please contact the person in charge of Yokohama City.

1. Apply from the dedicated application form (external site).
2. Yokohama City will contact you regarding the adjustment of the date and time adjustment of advisor dispatch.
3. On the day of the dispatch of an advisor, we will consult with the advisor.
4. After dispatching the advisor, you will receive an "advice sheet" stating the details of the consultation will be sent from Yokohama City within two weeks.
5. Please cooperate with the questionnaire from Yokohama City.

※When we receive dispatch of advisor more than once during 2023, and city admits that dispatch is necessary sequentially, application after application acceptance period is possible. Please contact the person in charge of Yokohama City.

※If you apply after 10 business days, we may not be able to meet your wishes such as schedule. Thank you for your understanding.

• Advisor dispatch fee is free of charge.
• The applicant must arrange and operate the venue on the day of the advisor dispatch.
• We may also be able to respond to online consultations. Please contact the person in charge of Yokohama City.
• Contents that concentrate on work such as installation and setting up digital equipment, construction of systems, etc. are not eligible for dispatch.
• When dispatching advisors, we will also provide application details, including personal information, to contractors.
