Shopping Street Driving Power Enhancement Support Project (Shopping Street Digital Utilization Advisor)

※Until FY2022, it was implemented as an “ICT introduction promotion project” of the “Shopping Street Organization Sustainability Support Project”.

In order to support solutions to problems and issues in the shopping district using digital technology, we will dispatch digital experts to the shopping district as "Shopping Street Digital Utilization Advisors".

■I want more customers to know the charm of the shopping street!
　→You may be able to solve this problem by using SNS and videos!
■I want more customers to come, but what do the local people think about the shopping street?
　→You may be able to solve this problem by using online questionnaires!
"I don't know if digital can be used for the troubles of shopping streets in the first place!" → Please consult with the shopping street digital utilization advisor!

It can be used up to 2 hours per group, up to 3 times during the same year.
※If multiple shopping streets are used jointly, it is considered that they have been used once in each shopping street.
(Example: If the A shopping street uses an advisor dispatch jointly with the B shopping street and then uses the A shopping street alone, the A shopping street shall be used twice.)

From 9:00 to 17:00 on weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays until Friday, March 14, 2025
※You may be able to send a message outside of the above date and time. Please contact the Yokohama City representative.

1. Apply by faxing a special application form (outside site) or application form.
2. Yokohama City will contact you about the date and time adjustment of advisor dispatch.
3. On the day of the dispatch of the advisor, we will consult with the advisor.
4. After dispatching the advisor, you will receive an "advice sheet" describing the consultation details within two weeks from Yokohama City.
5. Please cooperate with the questionnaire from Yokohama City.

※However, the application will be closed as soon as the budget limit is reached.
※If you have been dispatched an advisor at least once during 2024 and the city recognizes that you need to continue dispatching, you can also apply after the application acceptance period. Please contact the Yokohama City representative.

Please apply at least 10 business days before the date you wish to dispatch an advisor.
※If you apply after 10 business days before, we may not be able to meet your schedule etc. Thank you for your understanding.

Please apply in one of the following ways. After the application, the Yokohama City representative will contact the applicant separately.

①Apply from the application form (outside site).
※We use "Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system" for application form.
②Fill out the application form on the back of the flyer (PDF: 420KB) and send it by fax.

• Adviser dispatch fee is free.
• Please arrange and operate the venue on the day of dispatch of advisors by the applicant.
• In some cases, we may be able to respond to online consultations. Please contact the Yokohama City representative.
• Contents that concentrate on work such as installation and setting of digital equipment and construction of systems are not eligible for dispatch.
• When dispatching advisors, we will also provide application details including personal information to the contractor.
