Recruiting vacant store properties in the shopping district

Stores located in the shopping district area in Yokohama city and can be rented as stores but have not been engaged in commercial activities for more than three months, and fall under all of the following items.

Please provide information on vacant store properties that seem to meet the conditions of registered stores to the Commercial Promotion Division.
After providing, the Commercial Promotion Division will confirm whether the property meets the conditions of the registered store.
If the conditions are met, the target store association will confirm the intention of applying for a registered store and apply for registration from the store association.

It will be easier for those who are thinking of opening a store in the shopping district to see.
There are some subsidy programs for those who open at registered stores.
(The application is optional for the person who opens the business, so it does not narrow the occupancy conditions.)

• For moving into a registered store, please consult with the intermediary who provided the information.
• When opening a business using the system, please exchange a memorandum of understanding with the store association to activate the shopping district jointly in the prescribed format.
