Recruiting vacant store properties in the shopping district

Stores located in the area of a shopping district in Yokohama City and is in a situation where it can be rented as a store but has not been engaged in commercial activities for more than three months, and fall under all of the following items.

After providing it, the Commercial Promotion Division will check if the property satisfies the conditions of the registered store.
If the conditions are met, you will need to confirm the intention of applying for a registered store to the target store association and apply for registration from the store association.

It will be easier for those who are thinking of opening a store in the shopping district.
There is a subsidy program for those who open a business at registered stores.
(Because the application is optional for those who open a business, it does not narrow the occupancy conditions.)
