Status of asbestos measures in public buildings

Last Updated November 26, 2024

For facilities that were identified as "facilities that are enclosed" or "facilities that do not require immediate measures" in the fact-finding survey, appropriate maintenance is performed, such as measuring the suspended amount every year in principle, and facilities are renovated. Measures will be implemented at the same time. As shown in the table below, we will report the measurement results of suspended quantities for facilities under the jurisdiction of the Economic Affairs Bureau Manufacturing Support Division.

Facilities in enclosed state

Location:

Name of the facility Room name Spraying status When it was discovered

September, 2020

"Enclosed facilities" means that the place of use is sealed under the ceiling and the spraying material is relatively harmful. It is a facility that performs proper maintenance and implements measures at the time of facility renovation.
