Energy Distributed Fluorescent X-ray analyzers
Elemental analysis from carbon C at atomic number 6 to uranium U at atomic number 92 can be performed, and it can be used for screening analysis of chlorine Cl in antimony Sb and resins, as well as the five elements of cadmium Cd, lead Pb, mercury Hg, chromium Cr and bromine Br, which are subject to RoHS regulations.

Three stimuli values such as X, Y, Z, L*,a*,b* can be obtained by irradiating the sample with light and measuring its reflectivity.

4 It is possible to measure sheet resistance or resistance of metal thin films with high accuracy using the probe method.

It is possible to measure the permeability or absorption by irradiating light in the visible region from ultraviolet to the sample.

Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry Analyzer
By irradiating the sample with infrared light and measuring the transmitted light, it is possible to analyze the components of organic matter mainly.
