Online technical consultation

The Yokohama Industrial Technology Support Center provides online technical consultation using the web conference system as part of measures against infectious diseases such as the novel coronavirus.

Overview

Online technical consultation allows you to conduct consultations that were difficult by phone or email, such as detailed meetings of test analysis, without face-to-face.
In the case of use, please read the following usage guide and notes carefully and apply.

Usage Guide

Available time

  • Advance reservations are required between 10 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and holidays, from December 29 to January 3).
  • About 30 minutes per consultation.

Available web conferencing system

How to use

  1. Please fill out the "Online Technical Consultation Application Form" with required items and send it to the Center (ke-kogyogijutsu@city.yokohama.jp).
  2. We will confirm the date and time of consultation, the web meeting system to be used, and we will contact you by e-mail. Please check if the target web conference system is available before the consultation starts. Please prepare samples and materials (if necessary).
  3. By the date of the online technical consultation, we will send you an invitation e-mail to the e-mail address indicated in the application form.
  4. Please join us from the URL in the invitation email according to the start time.

※If you have any trouble, such as being unable to connect, please contact us by phone.


Precautions

  • Depending on the situation of the web conferencing system, such as unexpected system maintenance, the content of the event may be changed or suspended in a hurry. Thank you for your understanding.
  • For details on how to use the web conferencing system, please refer to the information page of each company.
  • Please refrain from releasing images, videos, portraits, etc. of the Center reflected in the online technical consultation without the permission of the Center.
  • Depending on the reservation status, it may be difficult to hold the event at the desired date and time. In that case, we will contact you separately.
  • If it is assumed that it is difficult to confirm with images, such as fine samples, please prepare image data etc. that have been enlarged and observed in advance and use the document sharing function of the web conference system.
  • Communication fees, etc. incurred during use will be borne by the user. Thank you for your understanding.
  • When conducting online technical consultation, please use a stable communication line as much as possible.
