Online technical consultation

In online technical consultation, you can conduct consultations that were difficult by telephone or e-mail, such as detailed meetings of test analysis, without face-to-face.
In the case of use, please read the following usage guidance and precautions carefully before applying.

• Advance reservations are required from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (excluding holidays and holidays, from December 29 to January 3).
• About 30 minutes per consultation

1. Please fill out the online technical consultation application form with required items and send it to our center (ke-kogyogijutsu@city.yokohama.jp).
2. We will determine the date and time of consultation and the web conferencing system to be used, and will contact you by e-mail. Please make sure that the target web conferencing system is available before the consultation starts. Please prepare sample materials (if necessary) as well.
3. By the date of the online technical consultation, we will send you an invitation email from the web conferencing system to the e-mail address provided on the application form.
4. Please join us from the URL in the invitation email according to the start time.

※If you have any trouble, such as inability to connect, please contact us by phone.

• Depending on the status of the web conferencing system, such as unexpected system maintenance, the content of the event may be changed or suspended in a hurry. Thank you for your understanding.
• For details on how to use the web conferencing system, please refer to the information pages of each company.
• Please refrain from disclosing images, images, portraits, etc. of the Center reflected in the online technical consultation without the permission of the Center.
• Depending on the reservation status, it may be difficult to hold the event at the desired date and time. In that case, we will contact you separately.
• If it is assumed that it is difficult to confirm with images, such as fine samples, please prepare image data etc. that has been expanded and inspected in advance and use the document sharing function of the web conference system.
• Communication fees, etc. incurred for use will be borne by the user. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please use a stable communication line as much as possible when conducting online technical consultation.
