- To our customers! It was founded in 1940. Our shop is a designated Sendai Kuroge Wagyu beef bred in Miyagi Prefecture for beef. We are proud of Japanese black beef roll steak and Japanese black beef roast beef. For pork, "Egoma pork", which is said to be effective for adult diseases and allergies, is recommended. We also have homemade char siu (baked pork) and side dishes that boast the taste.
