※In the case of location to city limits except 2 particular areas, it increases condition that the number of the employees of office which city's first advance, ordinary profit set up a certain amount or more is different from particular area including 50 or more

※4 lease type R & D facility is "facility to lease as research institute" and points to thing meeting constant requirements to "be able to install specific facilities 3 meters of studding or more 1 ton of floor load" or more
※5 sightseeing, MICE facility are "hotel" and "sightseeing, entertainment facilities" and point to thing meeting constant requirements
※6 lease buildings are buildings leasing office floor and lease a half or more of lease office parts to the city's first advance and company where it is and point to thing meeting constant requirements (when they meet requirements of office floor, it is said that part to lease as sightseeing, MICE facility is targeted for support.)
※About 7 Kannai reproduction type lease building (limited to around Kannai area), we include case to repair house to own, and to set up

Application reception desk period

Please submit application to the next department by March 31, 2021 during application reception desk period.
※It is necessary to apply from six months to one day before the contract date hereof (the land acquisition, the building facilities acquisition, construction contract).
