Corporate Location Promotion Ordinance When acquiring fixed assets

Grant subsidies to companies that have business plans that meet certain conditions (business details, invested capital, etc.) in specific regions.

Support ratio, grant limit, etc.

We will issue a "subsidy" calculated based on the amount of invested capital (costs required to acquire land, houses, and depreciable assets excluding private land).

※1 Businesses that conduct business stipulated by rules in the environment / energy-related fields, health / medical-related fields, natural science research-related fields, manufacturing industries, etc.
※2 City areas other than the areas from No. 1 to No. 13 (excluding urbanization adjustment areas, first-class low-rise residential areas, second-class low-rise residential areas, and first-class middle-high-rise residential areas)
※3. Areas related to decarbonization specified by rules
※4 “Hotels” and “Tourism and Entertainment Facilities” that meet certain requirements.
※5 Specified refurbished rental business buildings include the case where a house owned is expanded or renovated and installed.
※6 A factory with a research institute that meets the necessary requirements, such as the production of new products through technological innovation and continuous improvement of productivity.
※7 If the invested capital includes land acquisition costs, the maximum subsidy is as follows:
   ①If the maximum amount is 3 billion yen: The maximum subsidy for land acquisition costs is 500 million yen
   ②If the maximum amount is 2 billion yen: The maximum subsidy for land acquisition costs is 300 million yen
   ③If the maximum amount is 1 billion yen: The maximum subsidy for land acquisition costs is 100 million yen
※8 When a company's office (head office, research institute or factory) is located or when equipment is installed, there is a field of business that is targeted for each location function.

Subsidies pertaining to citizen employment and city ordering

There is also a system to add to the above subsidies according to the increase in citizen employers and the results of ordering to city companies. (Leaflet No. 5)

Application acceptance period

Application acceptance period Please submit the application to the following department by March 31, 2028.
※It is necessary to apply 6 months to 1 day before the contract conclusion date (land acquisition, building equipment acquisition, construction contract, etc.).
