When all of the following conditions are met, it is necessary to have you submit "condominium building plan proposal".
　①Construction of apartment houses or dormitories
　②Building in industrial areas and semi-industrial areas specified in city planning according to the provisions of the City Planning Act
　③The site area of the planned construction site is 500 square meters or more

1. In industrial areas, consult with related parties such as installers of factories within 90 meters from the site boundary of the planned construction site, and within 50 meters in semi-industrial areas.
2. Planned construction site Install a green space by the ordinance that creates and nurtures the environment of Yokohama City as a buffer green space on the outer perimeter of the building.
3. In the moving-in guide, etc., stating that the apartment house will be built in an industrial area, etc.
4. Describe in the important matter manual, etc., that the resident will not file a complaint with the factory, etc. for noise, etc. within the standards stipulated by laws and regulations from nearby factories.
5. Take appropriate measures such as soundproofing against noise, vibration, odor, etc. within the standards stipulated by laws and regulations from nearby factories, etc.
6. In addition, maintain a good living environment and urban environment, and take measures related to conservation in the production environment.

If you wish to submit the apartment house construction plan application form, consultation result report, and consideration completion report by mail, attach a stamp and reply envelope stating Address (one A4 size sheet and duplicate copy can be enclosed) and mail it together with the submitted documents.

From April 1, 2021, seal was abolished on the apartment house construction plan proposal form, consultation result report, and considerations.
