1. In industrial areas, consult with related parties such as installers such as factories within 90 meters from the site boundary of the planned construction site and within 50 meters in semi-industrial areas.
2. Scheduled construction site Install a green space according to the ordinance that creates and nurtures a green environment in Yokohama City as a buffer green space around the building.
3. In the moving-in guide, etc., indicate that the apartment house will be built in an industrial area.
4. Describe in the important matter manual, etc. that the resident will not file a complaint with the factory, etc. for noise, etc. within the standards stipulated by laws and regulations from the nearby factory.
5. Take appropriate measures such as soundproofing against noise, vibration, odor, etc. within the standards stipulated by laws and regulations from nearby factories.

From April 1, 2021, seal was abolished for the apartment house construction plan application form, consultation result report, consideration completion report, etc.
