Council ordinances, etc.
Investigate and discuss the validity of Yokohama City's "opinions" and "recommendations" for notification of large stores, advice on the operation of the Large-Scale Retail Store Location Law in Yokohama City, and conduct fair and appropriate legal operation. Based on the "Yokohama City Large-Scale Retail Store Location Council" has been set up.
We consult "opinion plan", "recommendation plan" of Yokohama-shi for report to council and receive the report and decide "opinion", "recommendation" based on law.
In addition, about administration of the council, we stipulate necessary matter in "Yokohama-shi large-scale retail store location council operation summary".
