Outline of the Design Review Committee

(Installation)
Article 1 Yokohama City Outdoor Advertising Ordinance Enforcement Regulations (March 1957 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 6), Article 33, Paragraph 1, a Design Examination Subcommittee will be established in the Yokohama City Outdoor Advertising Council.

(Convocation, etc.)
Article 2 The Design Examination Subcommittee shall be convened by the chairman as necessary pursuant to the provisions of Article 33, Paragraph 7 of the Yokohama City Outdoor Advertising Ordinance Enforcement Regulations.
2 Regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the chairman finds it difficult to hold a meeting of the Design Examination Subcommittee in an emergency, such as in an emergency, ask each committee member individually for their opinions and replace the meeting of the Design Examination Subcommittee Can be replaced.

(Discussions)
Article 3 The Design Examination Committee shall deliberate on the following matters.
(1)　About application of exception of permission based on rule of Yokohama-shi outdoor advertising regulations Article 19 Clause 1 about thing which council considers appropriate, about design of outdoor advertising matter (hereinafter referred to as "advertisement materials") , Judge from a landscape perspective.
(2)　Provide advice on matters related to landscapes and design, such as advertising materials deemed necessary by the council.
(3)　Other matters that the mayor deems necessary

(Deliberative opinion)
Article 4 The opinions of the Design Review Committee shall be compiled by the Chair of the Committee.

(Miscellaneous Rules)
Article 5 In addition to what is stipulated in this outline, necessary matters concerning the operation of the Design Examination Subcommittee shall be determined separately by the Chair of the Department.

Supplementary Provisions
This setting outline shall come into effect as of January 30, 2015.
