Proceedings 1: Mr. Kikutake was elected chairman and Mr. Iwamura was elected vice chairman.
Meeting 2: The establishment of the Design Review Committee was approved. In addition, three members, Iwamura, Kikutake, and Matsuno, were elected as committee members, and Iwamura was elected as chairman of the department.
Proceeds 3(1): The installation around JR Kannai Station was approved on the premise of design adjustment, and decided to be approved by the Design Examination Subcommittee. We will continue to carefully consider the necessity of installation in Nihon Odori Avenue.
Proceedings 3(2): The installation of advertising curtains in the lighting tower in Yokohama Stadium was approved.
