Electronic application for the High Pressure Gas Safety Act
The procedure has been expanded on April 1, 2023! necessary/required procedures has also started accepting application fees.

On April 1, 2022, we started electronic application for procedures related to the High Pressure Gas Safety Act using the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
Please check the notes, etc., and use it from the list of procedures that allow electronic application.
You can also apply at the counter as before.
Precautions for using electronic application
- User registration is required to use the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System. After confirming the terms of use, I would like user registration from "new registration" at the top of the top page of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
※It is also possible to log in using the G biz ID. For G biz ID, please refer toDigital Agency website (outside site)Please take a look at it.
- The person in charge may contact you for confirmation of the electronic application. In addition, correction may be required depending on the result of the content confirmation.
- If you have any questions about the procedures, please contact the Explosive and Gas Security Section, Security Section, Fire Bureau Prevention Department (see the bottom of this page for contact information). Precautions on Payment of Application Fees
- Payment of fees by electronic application will be online payment (credit card payment or ID payment).
- The available online payments are as follows.
<Credit card payment> VISA、Master、JCB、AMEX(American Express)、Diners(Diners Club International)
<ID payment> PayPay、LINEPay - For online payments, a receipt will not be issued. If you need a receipt, please apply at the counter. (Payment by online payment is not possible at the counter.)
- Please note that online payments cannot be canceled once payment has been made.
- After receiving the application, we will check the contents and send an e-mail confirmation email. If you receive the e-mail, please check the amount of the fee described in the e-mail, and complete the payment procedure from "My Page" of the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System.
About duplicate copy when we filed by electronic application
- You can download a copy of the application details (PDF file) that reflects the contents entered in the electronic application. As a substitute for a duplicate (style), please use it for storage or preservation with other procedure documents (*).
- We cannot respond to reply by stamping the "copy of application contents (PDF file)" with the reception stamp. If necessary, please save it together with the procedure completion email.
- If you need a duplicate stamped with the reception stamp, please complete the procedure at the counter or by mail (enclosed a reply envelope with a stamp attached). (necessary/required procedures does not accept mail because payment of application fee because payment notice is issued.)
(※) Due to the different application method, "copy of application details (PDF file)" cannot be downloaded because the application method is different. If necessary, please take measures such as saving the completed e-mail.
About receipt of grant materials such as permits
Grants such as permits will be handed over at the counter.
After confirmation of the application details and the issuance of the grant are completed, we will contact you by phone or e-mail, so please receive it at the office.
※The person in charge may be absent, so please cooperate in advance regarding the date and time of your visit.

When we click procedure name in list, we move to Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system.
When searching for procedures to be used in the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System, enter the procedure name in the search field with "keyword search" from the procedure list and search or category of "Search by specifying conditions" Please search from "Disaster Prevention / Emergency / anti-crime program" and select the procedure to use.
