The acts listed in the following (1) to (5) shall be subject to notification, and acts (1) to (4) shall be designated as acts subject to specific notification.
It is necessary to report to Yokohama-shi based on "scenery law" at least 31 days before day when we are going to perform applicable act.
If the act subject to specific notification does not conform to the provisions of the form design of the landscape formation standard, it may be subject to a change order.
（１） New construction, extension, renovation or relocation of buildings (excluding extension or renovation without a change in appearance)
（２） Repairs or imitation or color change that changes the appearance of the building, with a total found area of the construction part pertaining to the change in appearance is 10 m2 or more
（３） New construction, extension, renovation or relocation of a work (excluding renovation without a change in appearance)
（４） Repairs, remodeling, or color change that changes the appearance of the workpiece, with a total found area of the construction part pertaining to the change in appearance is 10 m2 or more
（５） Specific lighting

（１） Urban landscape formation act
1.New construction, extension, renovation or relocation of buildings (excluding extension or renovation without a change in appearance)
2.Repairs or imitation or color change that changes the appearance of the building, with a total found area of the construction part pertaining to the change in appearance is 10 m2 or more
3.New construction, extension, renovation or relocation of a work (excluding renovation without a change in appearance)
4.Repairs, remodeling, or color change that changes the appearance of the workpiece, with a total found area of the construction part pertaining to the change in appearance is 10 m2 or more
5.Display of outdoor advertising materials or installation of articles displaying outdoor advertising materials (things or installing on buildings or structures, advertising towers, billboards, standing signs (movable) and advertising flags, up flags, etc. Limited to these.)
6.Specific lighting (limited to those performed for Akarengasoko or hammerhead crane shown in the cityscape consultation area map)
In addition, when we are going to perform act corresponding to "specific cityscape formation act" to show next, we hear opinion of Yokohama-shi city beauty measures council beforehand and push forward discussion. However, this does not apply to temporary installation for events with an installation period of 90 days or less.

3.In A district shown in the cityscape consultation district map, repair or remodeling or color that changes the appearance of the part where the height of the building exceeds 31m (excluding those that do not involve a change in appearance) or repair or remodeling or color By changing, the total found area of the construction part pertaining to the change in appearance is more than half of the found area of the entire building
4.In the B district shown in the cityscape consultation district map, extension or renovation (excluding those that do not involve a change in the appearance) or repair or remodeling of the part where the height of the building exceeds 20m or the appearance is changed By the change of color, the total found area of the construction part pertaining to the change in appearance is more than half of the found area of the entire building
5.Work fixed on the land (limited to towers, lifters, memorial towers, decorative towers, viewing towers, and the like) that are fixed on the land with a height of more than 20m or structures that are fixed in buildings (tier towers, elevators, decorative towers, and the like), whose top of the work exceeds 31m from the ground surface (Excluding new construction, extension or renovation)
6.Work fixed on the land (limited to towers, lifters, commemorative towers, decorative towers, watch towers, and the like) that are fixed on the land with a height of more than 20m or structures that are fixed in buildings (tier towers, lifting machines, etc.) Change of the appearance of the total floor of the work exceeds 31m from the ground surface.
