It is necessary to report to Yokohama-shi based on "landscape law" by 31 days before day when we are going to perform applicable act.
If the act is subject to specific notification and does not conform to the provisions of the form design of the landscape formation standard, it may be subject to a change order.
（１） New construction, extension, renovation or relocation of buildings (excluding extensions or renovations without a change in appearance)
（２） Repairs, remodeling or color changes that will change the appearance of the building, with a total area of 10 m2 or more of the found area of the construction pertaining to the change in appearance
（３） New construction, extension, renovation or relocation of structures (excluding renovations without a change in appearance)
（４） Repairs, remodeling or color changes that will change the appearance of the workpiece, and the total found area of the construction part pertaining to the change in the appearance is 10 m2 or more
（５） Specific lighting

3.In the A district shown in the cityscape consultation district map, the extension or renovation of the part where the height of the building exceeds 31m (excluding those without a change in appearance) or repair or remodeling that changes the appearance By change of color, the total number of the found area of the construction part pertaining to the change of appearance is more than half of the found area of the entire building.
4.In the B district shown in the cityscape consultation district map, the extension or renovation of the part where the height of the building exceeds 20m (excluding those without a change in appearance) or repair or remodeling that changes the appearance By change of color, the total of the found area of the construction part pertaining to the change of appearance is more than half of the found area of the entire building.
5.Works fixed on the land (limited to steel towers, towers, memorial towers, decorative towers, watch towers, and the like), whose height exceeds 20 m, or whose height is fixed in buildings (steel towers, lifters, memorial towers, decorative towers, watching towers, and the like) whose height at the top of the work exceeds 31m from the ground surface.
